53岁的李月华来自吉隆坡增江北区，10年前已患有脊椎疾病，2年前不幸遇劫，从脚车上重重摔落地，导致身上多处受伤，最严重的便是脊椎骨突出。

她之前是一名厂工，意外后，她无法继续工厂的工作。据医生说，其伤势也不能随便治疗，万一出差错会导致终生瘫痪。

在2014年期间，医生发现她的肺部有黑影，后到士拉央医院抽样本化验，证实为淋巴癌第四期，再被安排到安邦医院化疗。

她於2014年9月开始化疗至去年3月，原本病情开始稳定。不料，她在去年9月复诊检查时，发现癌症复发，开始进行第二次的化疗，病情反复，频密出入医院。

One-year-old baby Loo Jun He was diagnosed with Billary Atresia. An operation to correct this problem was performed on him when he was about 2 months of age. This was not successful and he has progressively gotten worse over the last few months. His last option is a liver transplant. The doctor referred him to the Liver Transplant Unit at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Kaohsiung, Taiwan for this procedure. The medical cost for the Liver Transplant is estimated to be USD 80,000.00 (around RM 344,000.00). This amount includes both recipient and donor operations, medication and diagnosis tests. After the surgery, they will stay in Taiwan for 3 months for the follow up. As the condition of Loo Jun He is quite urgent, his family sincerely hope for public donation to help the baby boy.

胆道阻塞，需肝脏移植 仅有1岁大的卢俊合，在出世6个星期后，因发烧入院，结果被证实患上胆道闭锁(Biliary Artesia, BA)。他在2个月大时，医生为他进行了葛西氏手術 (Kasai Procedure) 。在手术后的第一个月，他的黄疸有下降了，第二个月的健康情况也很良好，但到了第三个月，胆管又再次阻塞了。所以医生说，小俊合接下来唯一的选择就是进行肝脏移植。 小俊合的父母在医生的推荐下，决定去台湾高雄的长庚医院让小俊合进行肝脏移植。为了救孩子一命，小俊合的父亲卢乙辉将会捐出肝脏给孩子，但他与孩子必须先到台湾进行配对，以确保他的肝脏适合小俊合。 小俊合的肝脏移植手术需USD 80,000.00（约RM 344,000）的医药费，费用包括病者和捐肝者的手术费、加护病房与住院费、药物和诊断测试。手术后，他们还需逗留在台湾的医院大约3个月，以方便医生观察病者和捐肝人的健康状况。 由于小俊合的情况紧急，因此他们希望透过《南洋报业基金》，在最短的时间内筹获款项，以尽早让小俊合到台湾进行肝脏移植。

Wong Kwee Moi (73 years old) has been staying in an old cabin with her 82-year-old husband Siow Choy and 32-year-old son Siow Thien Loy in Jinjang for almost 30 years. She collects scraps for a living. She suffers from cataracts and has poor eyesight, while her husband has poor hearing.

On 16/12/2015, Mr. Siow Choy met with an accident on and broke his right leg and injured his body. As his family is unable to pay for the medical cost, they sincerely hope for the donation from the public so that he can undergo his surgery.

Signs and symptoms of AADC deficiency generally appear in the first year of life. Affected infants may have severe developmental delay and involuntary writhing movements of the limbs. ** **由於無法合成多巴胺，AADC缺乏患者出生後即缺乏運動及智能發展，並出現不自主運動，藥物治療無效而且多半早期死亡。簡單來說AADC缺乏症是會造成兒童急迫性生命危害的一種罕見疾病。

The Hiew sisters may lose their lives anytime due to this rare disease, but their parents remain optimistic everyday! Since the Hiew sisters were diagnosed with this rare disease, the parents had tried to seek medical treatment from various doctors. Unfortunately, the doctor in Taiwan had advised them to be prepared that the sisters might lose their lives anytime as they had missed the best time to receive treatment. Even so, but the parents never gave up and continued to support them until their last breath. Both sisters can only depend on a specific brand of milk powder to survive since they were born. Both of them need to be on bed all the time. Sometimes they even experience laboured breathing, anaerobic etc. and the family members feel so sad looking at these two little girls suffering from the disease everyday. The Hiew sisters consuming on average one tin of milk powder every 3 days, which is about RM80 per tin. In other words, the milk powder for the sisters will cost the family at least RM800 per month on top of the monthly living expenses at about RM1500. The financial burden of the family became heavier and the parents eventually sought financial aid from Yayasan Nanyang Press last month as they can hardly afford it. The total collected funds for the Hiew sisters is RM13,000 to date. Yayasan Nanyang Press will be giving RM3000 to them every month in order to ease the financial burden of their medical and living expenses. 罕見怪病隨時奪走兩姐妹性命，父母樂觀面對每一天！ 姐妹倆在姐妹倆確症患上怪病後，四處奔波求醫，並在上個星期在台灣被醫生宣告姐妹倆已超過治療的黃金時機，醫生還讓父母兩人做好姐妹倆隨時會有生命危險的準備，雖然如此，委任父母者還是沒有放棄姐妹倆，還堅決陪孩子直到生命的最後一刻。 姐妹倆出世至今都無法使用任何事物，每天只能依靠特定的牛奶粉維持生命。 姐妹倆的症狀相似，都是必須長期臥床，而且會出現氣喘、缺氧、身體呈黑色或紫色狀態，換句話說，兩人每天都在跟病魔抗戰，讓親友們都心痛不已。 兩人所食用的牛奶粉，每罐大約RM80,兩人平均每3天就喝完一罐奶粉，換句話說兩人每月的奶粉錢就高達至少RM800，另外還有兩人每個月至少RM1500的生活費，讓家裡的經濟負擔越來越重。 邱嘉瑩和邱淑慧的父母在求助無門之下，在一個月前向南洋報業基金申請生活援助，至今共籌集1萬3000零吉。南洋報業基金決定在這個月起，以每月撥款3000零吉的方式資助他們那龐大醫藥費和生活開銷。同時也呼籲大眾踴躍捐款，助姐妹倆一臂之力。

于2015年12月9日，马华巴生区会投诉组副主任拿督陈浩坤宣布小女孩已筹足手术费，现已停止筹款。
