南洋报业基金即将建立一个网络资料数据库，将医药援助申请升级到数码式，方便民众在第一时间申请，同时，我们也可以在第一时间批阅。为了更有效的扩大服务范围和施援，我们与各州的义工保持联系，一同关怀当地的弱势家庭。

来自霹雳江沙的李佩豫（33岁），在她24岁那一年突然患上小脑萎缩症。活泼爱运动的她，如今也只能每天待在家，与母亲相依为命。

南洋报业基金自2013年协助她筹款至今，共筹得RM31,878,并支付母女两每月RM300的生活费，如今善款只剩RM8475。

Lee Pooi Yee is a patient suffering from cerebellar atrophy and unable to walk. She has to date managed to receive public donations of RM27,508 through Yayasan Nanyang Press. However, she needs a total of RM34,500 as therapy expenses, and hopes to receive the remaining RM6,992 soon, which will enable her to live a better life.
